This position will be responsible for maintaining a consistent brand story, imagery and color, and for producing exciting, engaging content that elevates the brand across channels. Primary Duties • Partnering very closely with the Art Director and CMO to translate business strategies into a cohesive creative vision for video content that elevates the brand and engages consumers. This includes executing these strategies into breakthrough season and annual projects that help drive consumer demand creation for the brand. • Conceiving, creating, shooting, and editing innovative multimedia video content that delivers big consumer product stories across brand channels, including social media, website, conferences, and other channels. • Supporting the creation of internal brand and product marketing videos to help educate sales and our distributors. • Leading the production of documentary style brand story development by partnering with agencies on casting, location, and story development needed to capture relevant brand stories. • Producing new engaging product videos, partner training videos and other enterprise-wide projects, which includes having the ability to light reflective and complex surfaces, style footwear in new engaging ways. • Providing supplemental photography support to the brand which includes shooting on-figure product shots, as needed processing files (organizing, naming, cropping, sizing and color correcting) • Collaborates with marketing teams on creating video solutions consistent with the marketing strategy, seasonal direction and brand guidelines. • Record events using video equipment, lighting and audio. • Maintains the brand voice across all videography work. • Edits captured video to tell a visual story. • Manages the production timeline for videography completion. • Maintains videography equipment. • Maintains all videography and related databases. • Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies. • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required • Bachelor’s Degree in videography or equivalent work experience preferred. • 3+ years of videography experience. • Advanced knowledge of all videography equipment. • Must have experience in creating and editing videos. • Strong project management skills, time management skills and attention to detail while simultaneously managing multiple projects. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Must be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.   WORKING CONDITIONS Normal office environment.  Some travel may be required.
