A Loss Prevention Analyst will work with the Loss Prevention field and corporate teams analyzing data to detect fraud and theft; serve as systems administrator for several software platforms utilized by the Loss Prevention / Security team and manage retail security equipment. This person will also provide communication and documentation support for the teams.  Primary Duties • Identify, establish and maintain a proactive analysis of system data utilizing the various systems to detect fraud • Run analytical reporting to determine fraud; Birddog Reporting (FEDEX, UPS, DHL), P-Retail, Credit Card / Gift Card exception Reporting, BW, SAP. This includes but is not limited to data mining, creating new reports and working with the systems team to develop more reporting functions to assist with gathering the appropriate data to track fraud in many areas • Administrator for software programs being utilized by the Loss Prevention department (LPMS, CAMS, Ethics Point).  Will serve as the main administrator for the Ethic Point system and is required to report monthly to the Audit Committee on any findings.  Will utilize additional systems to pull data together and push that data out to other members on the team to assist with resolving any fraudulent findings • Compile statistical reporting on monthly and quarterly basis • Specify equipment, design layout, and supervise installation of CCTV within retail stores • Manage security equipment installations, invoicing and projects • Manage temporary guard service and invoicing for retail locations • Work with Field Loss Prevention to resolve fraud / theft cases • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager • Performing duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies • Performing other duties as required/assigned by manager  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred• 2-4 years experience in an analytical role• Ability to think strategically and develop appropriate action plans• Works well under pressure and can multi task• Good oral and written communications• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)• Understanding of BW / SAP• Ability to work with minimal supervision• Works well in a team environment WORKING CONDITIONSNormal office environment.  Some overnight travel to facilities & offices (10%)   The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills which may be required.
