As key team member your primary function will be to coordinate, support and help execute our summer internship program and cross-campus summit. Primary Duties • Coordinate, support and help execute the WWW summer internship program and cross-campus summit. • Choose and activate social collaboration tool to use during internship program and engage with interns on a scheduled cadence. • Generate written and visual content for internal marketing assets, articles, and communications; and external social media for duration of internship program. • Execute internship performance/talent assessment process and end of year presentation of work. • Gain valuable experience through supporting the Organizational Development team with research and coordination on key projects including core and functional competencies and employee engagement metrics via exit, onboarding and pulse surveys. • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies. • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required • Currently enrolled in an accredited education institution within a Human Resources, Marketing or Communications discipline. • Junior or Senior undergraduate status. • Proven leadership in and out of the classroom. • Detail and results oriented. • Fast learner and someone that takes the initiative. • Effective communication skills; including written, verbal and social media • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Completion of at least 3 years of college with a minimum GPA of 3.0.   WORKING CONDITIONS Normal office environment.
