Distributed in more than 150 countries, the brand has grown from a small collection of work boots into a global lifestyle brand.   The Creative Marketing Director drives and leads the translation of marketing objectives into creative strategies.  Through a team, leads the creative idea generation and execution across all channels and branded initiatives.   Primary Duties • Creatively designs and directs key programs for our consumer and key internal audiences to deliver breakthrough engaging 360 marketing activation. • Reviews photography, video, illustrations, copy and layouts with graphic designers to improve and refine to ensure alignment with brand standards and unify the vision of the brand functionally and emotionally. • Guides the activities of both internal and external partners and ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in a manner that represents the brand authentically and resolves brand inconsistencies. • Manages the daily planning, implementation, and execution of key marketing programs in a dynamic work environment. • Drives creative concept, design and voice to achieve brand creative objectives against seasonal campaign strategy. • Collaborates with marketing leadership, business leads and other internal stakeholders to conceptualize and deliver compelling collateral and campaigns. • Directs internal and external creative service providers to conceptualize and create global product campaigns. • Sets creative tone that upholds brand standards and maintain global brand consistency. • Source best-in-class talent and agency partners and develop creative organization across internal and external resources. • Lead, manage and participate in creative agency partnerships to drive optimum output and highly productive relationships ensuring a level of excellence and value for the brand. • Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies. • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required • Bachelor's degree required/MBA preferred or equivalent work experience. • 8+ years of art direction and/or graphic design experience. • Excellent track record of creative design and implementation. • Proven leadership skills with at least 3 years’ experience at the manager level. • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects. • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships. • Solid presentation, oral and written communication skills. • Ability to think creatively within deadlines and pay acute attention to design and details.   • Strong attention to detail • Organized project manager and works well under tight timelines • Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of work   WORKING CONDITIONSNormal office environment.  Some travel may be required.
