Wolverine Worldwide’s continued success is driven by our ability to stay true to our simple mission: we empower, engage and inspire our consumers – every step of the way.   The Distribution Support Coordinator will work under direct supervision and is responsible for coordinating customer shipments, submissions and recommend action on recurring problems. Primary Duties • VAS instruction and Pre-Ticket • K2 submissions and tracking • Communication with customers • Streamline SI • Report and monitor of chargebacks • Frequent contact with various business partners via telephone and email. • Frequent contact with external contacts such as vendor compliance, customers, etc. • Enters data into K2, Sole system. • Assists with inventory control needs and issues. • Responsible for supporting procedures for all products in the FTZ and non FTZ areas • Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies. • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required • High School Diploma or GED required; relevant secondary education helpful • One year of Distribution Center experience preferred • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to effectively manage time • Ability to assist in resolving discrepancies by investigating issues   • Flexible schedule required; able to shift priorities easily to accommodate deadlines, business needs, and requirements • Strong computer skills required and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Excel and Word) • Adequate knowledge of DC computer systems and programs; AS400 (PkMS), Endicia, SAP, SOLE & UPS Worldship preferred   • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate information and respond to questions from various levels within the organization • Customer service or Credit background preferred WORKING CONDITIONS Due to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions   The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills which may be required.  Committed to a diverse workforce we are an Equal Opportunity Employee (Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled) Options Apply for this job onlineApply Share Refer this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
