This dynamic role guides the creation of data-driven customer experiences across a portfolio of top footwear brands. Primary Duties • Manage a balanced experimentation roadmap that maximizes site traffic for A/B testing usage and covers a diverse swath of brands, devices, areas of ownership and level of effort. • Optimize site experiences for conversion, order value and other target KPIs across a portfolio of web sites. • Lead the experimentation and personalization hypothesis generation process, including valuation via site performance analysis and revenue impact modeling. • Responsible for accuracy and maintenance of optimization program management tools, including test duration calculator and yearly revenue model. • Manage front-end development and analytics functions for the optimization practice, including oversight of employees responsible for A/B testing tool [Optimizely], test QA, test tagging and results reporting [and related execution detail. • Create test plans that define hypothesis, test goals and scope; manage design brief and approval process. • Partner with UX and Development teams throughout creative and project process to establish feasibility and scoping of test experiences as well as the transfer of winning experiences from testing to production. • Manage Confluence knowledge base inputs and structure, including posting all test details and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders • Leverage supporting usability tools i.e. and Hotjar • Shape optimization program best practices and drive continuous process and communication improvements to maintain best-in-class program. • Establish strong working partnerships with and influence stakeholder teams to adopt optimization mindset; guide execution of test wins to yield the most impactful site improvements. • Manage multiple optimization testing sprints at a time in a fast-paced, intense, data-driven and results-oriented environment Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. • 5+ years of eCommerce or project management experience • Experience in e-commerce or online marketing, with responsibility for quantitative data analysis, project management, and/or online business strategy • Experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics • Strong relationship building and communication skills within cross-functional teams • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple goals under tight deadlines • Strong presentation and communication skills • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager • WORKING CONDITIONS • Normal office environment.   The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills which may be required.   Committed to a diverse workforce, we are an Equal Opportunity Employer (Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled).   Options Apply for this job onlineApply Share Refer this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
