Wolverine Worldwide’s continued success is driven by our ability to stay true to our simple mission: we empower, engage and inspire our consumers – every step of the way.   The Email Marketing & Production Specialist delivers best-in-class email marketing experiences by engaging our consumers throughout their lifecycle in order to maximize customer retention rates, grow customer lifetime value and accelerate our ecommerce revenue growth.  Key responsibilities include developing, performing quality assurance, launching and analyzing current email marketing and retention campaigns, as well as serving as the subject matter expert on email best practices. Primary Duties • Grow and optimize email marketing revenue by executing, analyzing, and testing seasonal and triggered campaigns for our ecommerce businesses. •  Execute email campaigns via data-driven responsive HTML templates • Perform quality assurance and troubleshoot code rendering across multiple desktop and mobile devices using email testing and analytics platforms, such as Litmus. Complete post-launch QA to ensure campaigns deploy as expected. • Manage the launch of all email campaigns, ensuring appropriate consumer targeting, campaign scheduling, and deployment in our ESP solution. • Be a subject matter expert on industry standards, best practices and proper coding techniques to achieve correct rendering in all email environments. • Assist with growing email lists by capturing consumer opt-ins on sites, in stores, at events, and via phone. • Grow and optimize email retargeting program by coordinating creative updates with vendor partner, analyzing performance, and testing campaigns. • Grow and optimize post-purchase marketing by executing, analyzing, and testing email campaigns. • Keep up to date with the latest developments in email design and interactivity. Share findings with other retention specialists and ecommerce web designers. Leverage findings to ensure WWW ecommerce designs are ahead of the curve. • Be a leader in driving forward best-in-class email standards and processes with partners. Work with teammates and ecommerce commercial teams to define deliverables and goals. • Support other members of the ecommerce/web creative team with knowledge share, open communication, shared workload and good old-fashioned teamwork. • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies. • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required • Bachelor's degree: Digital  Marketing, Business or related field    • Experience optimizing HTML to display across browsers and email clients. • Experience using an enterprise level email platform. Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience a strong plus. • Knowledge of design and user interface principles. • AmpScript, Java or Salesforce experience would be a plus   WORKING CONDITIONS Normal office environment.
