We leave work each day knowing we’ve done everything to make runners’ lives just a little bit better.   The Account Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of account marketing efforts for the brand. This position will support a range of account partnerships including run specialty, sporting goods, ecommerce and other brand partners.   Primary Duties • In collaboration with marketing and sales leadership, executes wholesale account marketing programs, including the briefing and development of digital, print and in-store/POP materials. Works closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure timely delivery, implementation and usage at retail.  Supports the marketing team in the planning and execution of wholesale events as needed. • Maintains key account marketing calendars and ensures timely hand-off of marketing and educational materials, understanding the unique needs of those accounts and tailoring materials to suit their staff and consumer audiences. • Identifies and presents to Account Marketing leadership any opportunities or solutions that could drive sell-in or sell-through at retail. Collaborates with key stakeholders to drive those solutions to execution. • Supports marketing team in the planning and implementation of strategic product seeding efforts, special events and programs. • Supports the sales team with the planning, creation and delivery of incentive programs, custom account activations and retail tool kits. • Works with outside vendors to produce and distribute in-store POP, promotional items and other brand materials. • Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies. • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required • Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing or Communications or equivalent work experience. • 1+ years marketing experience. • Understanding of the specialty, sporting goods and online marketplaces, as well as familiarity with our key account partners preferred. • Detail- and results-oriented with an emphasis on measurables, recap and communication. • Ability to work autonomously as well as be part of a team • Strong analytical skills. WORKING CONDITIONS Normal office environment.  Some travel may be required.
