The User Experience Specialist will lead digital user insight efforts and partner with various eCommerce teams to improve site experience across our portfolio of diverse eCommerce websites. There are two (2) UX Specialist positions open and we'd ideally like to fill them in West Michigan, but we are also open to having one located at our Waltham, MA capmus (greater Boston area).

Please note that first consideration for this position will go to our internal employees, including anyone with interest who is currently on furlough.

Primary Duties ! Serve as the UX subject matter expert, driving continuous design improvements and conversion optimization across the portfolio of sites.
! Partner with the UI/UX designer to brief design and interaction modifications that align to the test hypothesis; manage design approval process.
! Create test plans that define hypothesis, document test goals, design and tech/fed requirements, commercial team coordination, and establish test timing estimations are reporting plans.
! Utilize available testing, usability and research resources to qualify and conduct tests.
! Liaise with analytics team to identify high impact tests using business trends and signals.
! Manage Confluence knowledge base inputs, including posting all test results and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
! Partner with development and QA partners to ensure tests are executed accurately. Perform additional QA as the test subject matter expert.
! Establish strong working partnerships with and influence stakeholder teams to think about site opportunities in a different way; guide stakeholder test ideas to yield the most impactful improvements.
! Manage multiple optimization projects at a time in a fast-paced, intense, data-driven and results-oriented environment.
! Create comprehensive, data-driven and actionable user research documents for distribution to commercial and leadership teams.
! Foster relationships with commercial teams to recognize and act on user research opportunities; crafting hypotheses and objectives to focus their interests and set study up for success.
! Lead ticket generation and communication with technology support team.
! Monitor consumer survey / voice of the customer feeds for actionable insights.
! Organize survey responses; develop and distribute monthly reports.
! Audit sites to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
! Performs duties consistent with the Companys AAP/EEO goals and policies.
! Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required ! Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
! 2+ years of eCommerce, U/X and/or digital content experience Strong understanding of website standards, usability, site design, and ecommerce preferred.
! Strong relationship building and communication skills within cross-functional teams.
! Ability to organize and prioritize multiple goals under tight deadlines.
! Experience with usability testing and web analytics tools such as GA 360 a plus.
! Strong presentation and communication skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.
