Job Description
We are looking for a competent help desk technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.

An excellent Help desk technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. The goal is to create value for clients that will help preserve the company’s reputation and business. This position services our headquarters and our distribution center, in Irvine, Ca.

About the Job:

- Serve as the first point of contact for any technical requests
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Troubleshoot Windows, OS X machines and a variety of software applications
- Maintain Windows/OSX security updates and patching
- Keep a clean inventory of all computer devices and assets
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
- Troubleshoot connectivity and networking (wired, wireless, mobile, RDC) for on-site and remote employees
- Creating new accounts for employees utilizing Active Directory, Office 365, Adobe and other software resources
- Job could be part-time to full-time
Job Requirements
About You:

- Strong communication skills
- Great troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Strong customer (employee) service skills are critical
- Reliable and strong track record in working to solve employees’ technology problems (PC, Mac, Cloud, Network, Office 365) in a corporate setting
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, RDC, Adobe and Symantec
- Full Circle experience a plus
- At least 1 year of IT experience
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs and be on your feet frequently
