We are looking for a business driven and enthusiastic Head of Suunto Americas to join and lead the team Americas at Suunto. Location preferably Ogden / Salt Lake City, Utah.

Head of Suunto Americas leads a team of sales, marketing, commercial, finance, customer service and logistics professionals located in Ogden, Utah and few other parts of Americas. Head of Suunto coaches the team on the best in class execution of Suunto commercial strategy, including sell-through activities and joint business planning. Head of Suunto integrates the team in the region and continues to build high performing team with inspired employees delivering results with clear direction and expectations.

What You'll Do

In addition to leading the team the Head of Suunto is responsible for leading the execution of Suunto’s sales & marketing strategy in ASA region delivering agreed revenue, profit and sales & marketing OPEX targets. The Head of Suunto executes Suunto’s commercial strategy and makes sure the team focuses on the right channels, customers and doors and executes continuous sell through activities with excellence. In this role the Head of Suunto builds outstanding brand experience and builds strong customer relationships. All in all, the Head of Americas implements sales operational and commercial excellence delivering accurate sales forecasts, up-to-date sales & marketing plan for top accounts. Leads disciplined & planned sales & marketing investment, OPEX management in co-operation with Suunto finance, Supply Chain management and Amer Sports functions. The role is part of the global sales leadership team along with other regional leads.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you have experience and strong expertise in managing key strategic accounts (etailers, click & mortar). You have gained experience in developing and executing joint business & marketing plans and implementing pay for performance trade terms. You have experience in leading regional sales & marketing teams. Work experience in a multinational company is a preferable background. You inspire people around you, and you are good at negotiating and prioritizing. You are data-driven, and you push your team and yourself for high targets. You are a leader with growth mindset.
