POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager Retail Marketing is responsible for overseeing and executing all Retail Marketing efforts for their retail channel that will drive sales of New Era product. They are the relationship builder and key point of contact for accounts in their channel. This position will set the retail strategy for their channel and be involved in and ensure the execution of marketing initiatives with those customers including visual merchandising, promotions and events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Gain consumer insight to develop strategy to meet their needs
• Build relationships with key retail partners in their channel to develop mutually beneficial initiatives
• Develop strategic and comprehensive retail marketing plans for their channel through internal (sales, category management) and external (customer, vendor) collaboration
• Manage and execute strategic retail priorities with retail marketing, internal cross functional teams and external vendors
• Areas of focus will be visual merchandising, store events and any other marketing initiatives to take place with retail partners
• Consistently evaluate retail competitive landscape and identify opportunities to stand out
• Manage and operate within retail marketing budget for their channel
• Ensure brand visual merchandising is in keeping with New Era’s brand standards
• Determine ROI for key initiatives as designated by the Director of Retail Marketing

KEY INDICATORS OF SUCCESS
• Growth in sell through at designated retail accounts
• Increased facings on retailer wall
• Account revenue growth
• Spending within budget
