PJ Salvage is a contemporary lifestyle brand specializing in women’s sleepwear, loungewear & accessories. We are located in Orange County and are currently seeking an experienced Production Manager to add to our team.
Duties will include:
Manage customers, staff and suppliers in order to maintain and maximize business with the customer. Responsibility of this position starts at beginning of season’s calendars to tech packs, through the development process, sales sample process, production process through to TOP approval. Direct staff and foreign manufacturers to execute customer’s requirements in a streamlined, timely and efficient process according to the standards set out.
The position entails aggressive and timely problem solving and multi-tasking included but not limited to:
- Team Process
- Development Process and constant communication with foreign factories
- On Time Deliveries
- Sourcing Strategy
- Supplier score card system and supplier analysis
- Calendar Process
- Compliance
- Quality Execution
- International travel mainly to China may be required
Essential Requirements:
• Minimum of 8 years production and merchandising apparel experience
• Excellent management, organization and communication skills
• Good knowledge of product
• Must be familiar with the following programs:- MS Word, Excel,
