Rockford Fosgate, high-performance audio manufacturer is looking for an innovative Graphic Designer to join their in-house creative department. This is an extremely visible position and we’re looking for someone who has a passion for design and the audio lifestyle and culture. This role is responsible for driving both iterative and innovative design for all of Rockford Corporation’s advertising channels. This role requires you to think critically and provide creative solutions across all design mediums using best practices. As a mid-Level designer, you will have a strong understanding of color theory, composition, typography, layout and a sharp eye for detail. Day to day you will be designing and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and turning ideas and concepts into industry leading designs. This position reports to the Creative Manager.

Requirements:
• Understands industry trends in design
• Experience building campaigns and understanding how to implement across multiple mediums
• Ability to take rough concepts and develop creative design solutions across print, web, and
social media
• Expert in setting up files for print
• Comfortable shooting in a photo studio, editing, color correcting and clipping imagery
• Highly collaborative, motivated, organized and a critical thinker when designing
• Self managing projects from initial conception to completion
• Comfortable working on multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Ability to pitch ideas
