The Jr. Marketing Designer coordinates implements marketing communication projects. This position requires the Marketing designer to create and develop brand awareness through digital design content, including websites, social media, email and other marketing materials.

Essential Position Responsibilities:
-- Create customer engagement campaign themes/concepts and effectively communicate our marketing campaigns digitally across multiple platforms
-- Collaborate with Chums Marketing and Design teams to create design assets.
-- Assist in the planning and management of Chums email campaigns, social media assets and other digital assets as needed.
-- Produce sales support materials – as requested
-- Assist Sales, Product Development and Marketing in various design projects as needed.
-- Prepare photography for various output formats
-- Assist with catalog planning and production, organizing required samples, photo assets, and other production needs.
-- Assist in writing copy for catalog, tradeshow, website, and e-newsletters as needed
-- Any other Duties as assigned
-- Work collaboratively with Sales, Product Development and Marketing
-- Increase and improve brand awareness through multiple digital channels
-- Execute a consistent brand identity and consistent messaging across all channel
