The Digital Operations group drives and delivers operational excellence, strategy, process, production, and support for the digital studio team. This team builds the foundation for the Brand by reinforcing marketing with the tools, structure, metrics, and best practices to enable success. In this role, you are responsible for the digital operations as it relates to go to market campaigns, merchandizing, film launches, and other channels throughout the business that require digital support. This role requires a strong strategic lens, experience working in and around different channels, and ability to support the team in shaping processes and optimum workflow, both inside the department and cross-functionally to help build an inclusive, inspiring work environment.

What You’ll Do:
Oversee, track, schedule, communicate and deliver all digital Go-to-Market projects from kick-off through UX, creative development and production.
Manage the digital strategy phase for all GTM campaigns in close partnership with cross-functional Creative Studio and Digital Operations teams to drive digital strategy and UX across our digital platforms.
Directly manages GTM timelines and deliverables to and from the UX team and partners across multiple cross-functional teams including Customer Insights, Creative Studio, Activism and Community, Digital Product, Digital Media, to ensure on-time delivery and flawless execution and operations against the digital strategy.
Own processes and deliverables like document workflows that clearly communicate timeframes, deliverables, roles & responsibilities.
Assist Category teams through Digital Roadmap in-take milestones.
Recommends, and implements the most effective development, production and site maintenance processes based on industry best practices for all interactive media.
Set daily check-ins, weekly statuses, prioritization, and deadlines for the cross-functional Digital and Creative teams to ensure on-time deliverables at each milestone to keep multiple projects moving forward simultaneously.
Accountable for communicating, assigning, and tracking to-do’s that come out of formal and informal meetings and working sessions.
Implement project tracking tool in collaboration with Digital and Creative Operations. Adapt and socialize new processes and tools.
Establish key milestones for stakeholders to review and provide feedback. Facilitate and communicate feedback to the Digital Studio.
Responsible for communicating resource requirements and planning to Sr. Digital Operations Manager and Associate Digital Designer to budget and manage resources for development and production, and implementation the seasonal go to market plan.
Responsible for tracking and reporting capacity to inform decisions for resource allocation and budget.
Work closely with Creative and Digital Operations to leverage department resources.
Organize and coordinate communication and deliverables between Category Operations, Digital Media, Merchandizing, Creative Studio and Global marketing teams to ensure timely development and delivery of assets and subsequent launches.
Key point of contact between Digital Media and Global Content teams to ensure that web messaging and content is in line with marketing and merchandising plan.
Manage all site merchandizing in close partnership with merchandizing managers and digital production team. 
Join in daily reviews with internal teams and weekly with stakeholders.
Participate in QA process to ensure that final builds are representative of approved creative, brand standards, and the overall company vision.
Responsible for managing internal and external resources dedicated to go to market campaign production.
Manage in-take and scoping of the digital execution for all category and e-commerce campaigns. 
Partner with the Film team to ensure adequate timely of asset delivery and promotion. 
Mapping product content and communication and drive decision making from associate creative and UX team leads.
Facilitate requests and deliverables from key contributors and stakeholders through a consistent process in order to set the Digital Creative team up for success.

Experience You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in a related area.
5 years relevant work experience, including direct responsibility for process development for creative Interactive production.
Familiar with a variety of web production and design concepts, practices, and procedures.
An aptitude for building calendars, work-assignment schedules, and follow-through skills to ensure that deadlines are met.
Proficient with Excel, Word, Internet browsers, project management tools and asset/content management systems
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Able to work well under pressure and deadlines.
Demonstrates initiative, is conscientious and provides complete follow-through on areas of responsibility.
Capable of streamlining and improving processes and troubleshooting problems.
Comfortable with team-based work structure; ability to demonstrate flexibility on the job

Pay range: $75,000 - $125,000
Hiring range: $80,000 - $90,000
At Patagonia, pay ranges are assigned to a job based on the location specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary for several reasons including skills/capabilities, experience, and available budget.
