Job Title:             Lead Wader Repair Specialist
Reports To:         Outdoor Gear Repair Supervisor
Location:             Reno, NV
Schedule:            Monday - Friday, 7am to 3:30pm

Lead Wader Repair Specialist Compensation Range: $­­­­­27.25/Hr - $40.75/Hr
Target Hiring Range: $27.25/Hr - $30.00/Hr

General Summary
The Lead Wader Repair Specialist will contribute to Patagonia’s commitment of repairing fishing waders with best-in-class service. You will be trained to accurately identify each repair, how to complete the repair, occasionally make customer contacts, communicate with the Fish and Repairs Teams when needed, help facilitate wader specific projects, maintain repair evaluation results, train wader repair specialists, and ship repairs within the turn-time requirements. The Lead Wader Repairs Specialist must be passionate about fly-fishing and able to lead a small wader specific repair team from time to time.  

What You’ll Do

Tasks
Communicate with Customer Experience, Dealer Services, Returns, QC, Repairs Processing and other departments regarding waders and repairs
Repair waders while using the wader repair guidelines and implement new practices when necessary
Log out and deliver all unrepairable waders to Repair Processing in a timely manner
Maintain quoted turn time for wader repairs based on high and low volume seasons
Enter data for all wader repairs in Salesforce
Prioritize workload for the wader team
Forecast business needs for Wader Repairs
Maintain a positive work environment
Maintain an organized, clean work area
Ability to give clear directions and set expectations for team when needed
Train new team members and facilitate cross-training when necessary
Fulfill third-Party Wader Repair trim requests

Experience You Bring
You have experience leading a team in a warehouse environment
You have ample experience with Microsoft products, especially Excel and PowerPointYou can develop professional PowerPoint presentations independently
You can create tables, graphs, and basic calculations using Microsoft Excel independently

You understand and have a working knowledge of the sports that Patagonia produces products for
Strong wader product knowledge
Fly-fishing and wader repair experience preferred

Physical Requirements
Ascending or descending stairs using feet and legs. Hands and arms may be used for balance (e.g., to hold a railing)
Ability to maintain a composed and professional demeanor within a flexible and (at times noisy) work environment
Must be able to travel utilizing various transportation methods
Able to lift 50 lbs.
