Job Title: Marketing Operations Manager - Digital Content
Reports to: Marketing Operations Director - GTM Brand, Digital and Category
Location: Ventura, CA
The Marketing Operations group drives and delivers operational excellence, strategy, process and support for the company marketing team globally. This team builds the foundation for the Brand by reinforcing marketing with the tools, processes, metrics and best practices to enable success. This role produces Patagonia’s content for various content outlets. This role is the communication hub and provides alignment and partnership between the Marketing and Creative teams in a fast-paced and high energy environment.
What You’ll Do
Maintain master content publishing calendar.
For assigned content streams such as (but not limited to) TCL, Footprint and Patagonia Action Works – mange master production calendar processes, timelines, milestones.
For special projects as assigned - lead, track and communicate all project phases and deliverables from inception through final delivery.
Collaborate with the Marketers – both functional and category, the Marketing Operations team, and the Creative leadership team, to establish project calendars, plan workflow and secure resources across multiple categories, projects, teams and vendors.
Execute GTM timelines and milestones for seasonal content campaigns in partnership with Category Marketing and Web Operations Teams.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, Creative Directors in keeping consistency of messaging across all digital platforms and print mediums.
Support Wholesale & Retail sales channels on opportunistic and seasonal initiatives.
Facilitate reporting on content performance from Functional Marketing teams to Marketing and Creative Teams.
Weekly status reporting across all projects
Daily check-ins and prioritization with Creative Team
Route materials to stakeholders. Collect and organize feedback and manage change requests for routed materials.
Responsible for creation and management of workflow and production of multiple projects simultaneously.
Drive functional accountabilities and on time delivery of all projects
Provide process and standardized tools to drive consistency and improve effectiveness
Process invoices and track costs across multiple budgets and projects
As needed assist in Brand and Digital marketing projects as assigned by supervisor.

Experience You Bring
5-7 years project management experience.
Knowledge of digital platforms and assets including display advertising and social media.
Strong writing, communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Excellent customer service skills, in person, on the phone and in writing.
Ability to be flexible within the job to ensure the best processes/systems for smooth completion of all projects.
Capable of streamlining, improving and troubleshooting process.
Able to work well under pressure and deadlines. Available to work occasional after-hours in order to meet deadlines.
Ability to remain flexible to change within the work environment and scope of responsibility.
Ability to work with a variety of personality types and cultural backgrounds.
Demonstrates initiative, is conscientious and provides complete follow-through on areas of responsibility.
