General Summary
The Marketing Operations team drives and delivers operational excellence, strategy, process and support for Patagonia’s global marketing team. In the Marketing Operations role, you will build the foundation for the brand by reinforcing marketing with tools, processes, metrics and best practices to enable success. Ultimately, your contribution in the role is in direct support of our mission to save our home planet.

What You’ll Do
Plan and deliver regional and global marketing initiatives and product launches across all channels and touchpoints, both digital and physical
Follow master category operations calendar, oversee, manage and track marketing GTM dates and gates
Set deadline to deliver materials for timely and consistent global execution
Maintain and distribute seasonal campaign communication plan
Facilitate and manage design and production processes for assigned category marketing needs
Partner with assigned Category Marketers and Creative Directors in keeping consistency of messaging across vehicles
Deliver on-time marketing campaign toolkit and strategies that support activation of global seasonal marketing initiatives
Help educate all stakeholders on the go-to-market tools available to them; communication plans, imagery, videos, digital assets, training tools, etc.
Route materials to stakeholders, collect and order feedback and manage change request for routed materials.
Responsible for creation and management of workflow and production of multiple projects simultaneously
Drive functional accountabilities and on-time delivery of all projects
Provide process and standardized tools to drive consistency and improve effectiveness
Maintain and distribute seasonal campaign communication plans
Process invoices and track costs for annual print and digital advertising budget
Work with pre-press vendors to supply all necessary instruction, files, artwork and other materials for production

Experience You Bring
5-7 years of project management experience
Strong writing, communication and negotiation skills
Excellent customer service skills in-person, on the phone and in writing
Available to work occasional after-hours in order to meet deadlines
Capable of streamlining and improving processes, and troubleshooting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs
Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines
