Role: Marketing and Creative Operations - Digital Production & Print
Team: Creative Print Production

The Marketing Operations group drives and delivers operational excellence, strategy and process. This team is a multi-functional, cross-category, cross-channel team responsible for planning, executing and completing print and digital creative collateral produced by the Patagonia Creative Group.  This role supports Patagonia’s creative category teams in creating packaging and producing ads.  Strong creative project management skills required.

What You’ll Do
Manage the creative development, processes, timelines and milestones for Patagonia packaging.
Partner with Marketing Operations to produce digital and print ads.
Oversee, track and communicate all project phases and deliverables from inception through final delivery.
Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Client and Creative Director to establish project calendars, plan workflow and secure resources across teams and vendors.
Manage communication between Creative and Client to ensure alignment on execution for all projects.
Establish key milestones for stakeholders to review and provide feedback. Facilitate and communicate feedback to Creative Team.
Set deadlines for Creative to ensure on-time deliverables at each milestone to keep multiple projects moving forward simultaneously.
In partnership with the Creative Director and Marketing Operations, prioritize competing deadlines and manage the Creative Team’s workload. Identify and manage external resources and vendor relationships to ensure on-brand, on-time delivery of digital and print assets.
Understanding of color correction & image constraints (digital and print).
Review vendor proofs (digital and print) at all stages of the creative and production processes for accuracy.
Route materials to stakeholders. Collect and organize feedback and manage change requests for routed materials.
Responsible for creation and management of workflow and production of multiple projects simultaneously.
Drive functional accountabilities and on-time delivery of all projects
Provide process and standardized tools to drive consistency and improve effectiveness.
Process invoices and track costs across multiple budgets and projects.
As needed assist in misc. department projects as assigned.

Experience You Bring
3-5 years of project management and color correction experience.
Knowledge of file requirements for print projects.
Strong writing, communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Excellent customer service skills, in person, on the phone and in writing.
Ability to be flexible within the job to ensure the best processes/systems for smooth completion of all projects.
Capable of streamlining, improving and troubleshooting process.
Able to work well under pressure and deadlines. Available to work occasional after-hours in order to meet deadlines.
Ability to remain flexible to change within the work environment and scope of responsibility.
Ability to work with a variety of personality types and cultural backgrounds.
Demonstrates initiative, is conscientious and provides complete follow-through on areas of responsibility.
