Role: Supply Chain Planning Coordinator

This is a temporary role, for a 3-4 month contract.

As the Supply Chain Planning Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Supply Planning team. In this role, you will build and maintain reporting and analytics capability for the Supply Planning team. You will also work closely with other Supply Planners to ensure that finished good receipt plans are created to best meet the inventory requirements of global customers across multiple selling channels. The scope of this role will span functional report building, data validation, and process development and you will work cross-functionally with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production, and IT. 

What You’ll Do 
Active in the creation, documentation, and socialization of planning reports and processes
Support the development of new reporting capabilities using Power BI and Tableau
Determine global supply buy quantities using forecast, open orders, supply landscape and trend analysis for a subset of styles
Work with planning functions and IT to troubleshoot ERP/Reporting issues
Perform ad-hoc duties as needed to support the Supply Planning Team including, but not limited to, global and sub-level PO maintenance and documentation creation

Experience You Bring 
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related field required or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of work experience in an inventory, fulfillment, demand or supply planning environment.
Data-driven and proficient with inventory and planning metrics.
Experience with large scale ERP or planning systems.
Experience with multi-channel distributed order management tools.
Comfortable building and running reports in Power BI or Tableau.
Highly proficient with MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Management experience developing and coaching a team.
