The Supply Distribution Manager will play a key role in the supply chain planning function by developing solutions to optimize inventory levels and fulfillment services across a multi-node network while responsibly managing costs and resources.  
In this role, you will be responsible for setting the North America inventory and multi-channel fulfillment strategy across the distribution network.  You will partner with planning, logistics, dealer services, retail operations, and IT teams to monitor and execute inventory and fulfillment decisions and will ensure the right inventory is in the right place at the right time to most efficiently meet customer demand.   

What You’ll Do 
Develop and execute seasonal inventory strategies across a multi-node network
Measure and manage on-hand inventory levels across the network to maximize service and minimize costs
Leverage cross-docking and inventory transfers to rights size network inventory levels
Develop multi-channel fulfillment strategies for seasonal time periods and partner with Ecommerce, Retail, Wholesale, and Logistics to ensure a holistic approach to the execution
Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly analysis regarding inventory levels and the impact on customer experience and overall profitability
Provide guidance to merchant teams regarding multi-channel inventory strategies.
Perform ad hoc analysis related to inventory and fulfillment optimization
Collaborate with logistics, 3PL partners, dealer service, and retail operations to provide visibility on inbound/outbound activity

Experience You Bring 
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related field required or equivalent work experience
5+ years of work experience in an inventory, fulfillment, demand or supply planning environment
Data-driven and proficient with inventory and planning metrics
Experience with large scale ERP or planning systems
Experience with multi-channel distributed order management tools
Comfortable building and running reports in Power BI or Tableau
Highly proficient with MS Office, especially MS Excel
Management experience developing and coaching a team
