As the Digital Merchandise Support, you will support our mission to save our home planet by performing operations that ensure products are presented in an optimal manner for Patagonia.com customers.

What You’ll Do
Monitor website inventory and adjust associated product properties, including:Product visibility
Lead product color
“Back in Stock” notifications
Product taxonomy

Analyze how customers are filtering product categories and ensure that we’re offering helpful, but not extraneous, filter options
Test and optimize product sorting strategies to ensure a relevant customer shopping experience
Manage the visibility of seasonally appropriate product categories and URL re-directs
Monitor onsite search keyword reports and manage onsite search configuration to ensure that we’re returning an optimal product result set
Monitor retail store inventory to ensure appropriate product representation on the website
Optimize website product recommendations for customer relevancy
Perform quality analysis on website merchandise display before and after website updates
Test and optimize different digital product presentations
Collaborate with Merchandise team on optimal product story representation
Collaborate with Retail and Order Management teams on appropriate seasonal inventory buffers
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on optimal landing page experiences

Experience You Bring
College Degree or equivalent experience required
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
1-2 years’ experience with A/B and multivariate testing
1-2 years’ experience with web analytics solution (Adobe or GA)
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Experience working in the retail apparel industry
