Working in Product Finance for the Oceans Business Unit, you will work directly with, and act as a financial business partner to the Oceans Business Unit Lead, supporting all decisions related to the financial performance of the Business Unit. Your role is responsible for understanding and communicating current financial results and how those results are expected to impact performance expectations in both the near-term and future as we strive to Save Our Home Planet. In this role, your ability to create and maintain healthy cross-functional relationships in both the Oceans Business Unit, as well as with all other supporting functions, will be critical to the success of the team.
What Youll Do
Research and interpret market trends/risks/opportunities
Develop and align long-range (5-10 Year) strategic product financial plans, with strategic leadership from the Oceans Business Unit Lead, to inform and ensure achievement of Company goals
Maintain 3-Year Product Financial Plans for all teams in the Oceans Business Unit, highlighting risks and opportunities and supporting related decision-making
Develop and communicate financial expectations related to proposed strategic initiatives
Develop and manage Business Unit/Team budgets, including on-going expense management
Manage one direct report (Global Planner) responsible for seasonal product planning
Collaborate with cross-functional Business Unit partners (Planning, Line Managers, Product Marketer, etc.) to ensure aligned and consistent execution of the strategic vision
Present to varying levels of the organization
Perform ad hoc analysis and scenario planning to support decision-making

Experience You Bring
BA/BS in Finance or related field
7+ years of progressively increased responsibility, ideally with consumer products/apparel and multi-channel experience
Advanced experience with Excel, databases, and reporting tools (i.e. Tableau/Power BI); experience with D365 and TM1 a plus
