Job Title: Production Manager - LRG Brand
Division: Brand - LRG
Location: Irvine, CA
Reports to: VP of Product Development/Imports Sourcing
Position Summary:
As part of a small, dynamic, multi-hat wearing team, qualified candidates will possess the ability to: able to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, self-motivated, flexible, extremely organized, very detail-oriented, tenacious yet tactful, a strong problem solver, able to work well under pressure in order to meet project deadlines, and will have a positive attitude.
Job Responsibilities:
• Working with freight forwarders, brokers, truckers to coordinate bulk production shipments. Including reviewing and approving shipping documents.
• Create and maintain all bulk purchase orders
• Maintain a bulk production work in process spreadsheet on a daily basis that will be shared with all departments
• Maintain a cost sheets in the system
• Daily communication with suppliers to update any bulk production issues.
• Oversee vendor setup-manufacturing/compliance agreements
• Manage/issue all vendor charge backs
• Reconcile production shortage/damage claims
• Manage production rework projects
