Mad Engine Brands LLC dba NEFF & LRG are in search of a multi-talented Operations Manager to join the team in Irvine, CA.

POSITION SUMMARY //
This Operations Manager will oversee the Warehouse and the internal Customer Service team, while working directly with our Digital Director to support both E-commerce platforms. The Operations Manager will be a Full Circle expert and the main point of contact for any Full Circle issues.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES //
• Main point of contact for Full Circle operating system
• Provides Executive Reports (sales, inventory, GP, trend analysis) in Full Circle
• Complete administration/maintenance of Full Circle
• Train new and current users on Full Circle
• Oversee warehouse operations; reviewing workload and labor needs
• Coordinate and oversee shipping and receiving with the Warehouse/3PL/Contractors, ensuring necessary documentation is provided
• Provide inventory/order reports to the sales team as needed
• Manage the Customer Service team, ensuring the team is properly trained and knowledgeable
• Review and monitor the open order file
• Communicate with Sales and Production on issues with delivery of orders
• Research chargebacks and provides dispute details, suggesting and implementing processes to eliminate the chargebacks
• Review inventory and releases to ATS as needed
• Compare committed orders to inventory, altering sales when commitment is not met
• Oversee operational process in Canada, ensuring all system and operational guidelines/requirements are met
• Implement new processes to promote accuracy, reduce overhead and order processing time across departments
