Mad Engine, home of NEFF and LRG, is looking for a System Administrator / Full Circle Super User to join the team in Irvine, Calif.

The System Administrator/Full Circle Super User is part of the company’s Information Technology Department, reports to the IT manager and primarily supports the Irvine satellite office. This employee must be self-motivated, able to able to complete assigned projects and work independently.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Full Circle ERP:
1. Main Point of contact for Full Circle questions and enhancement/changes requests from all departments.
2. Train new and current employees on Full Circle.
3. Manage and maintain Full Circle users, permissions, master files, and other settings.
4. Own and manage Full Circle development projects with guidance from IT/Operations management. Work with internal and external entities to evaluate, design, and test features and enhancements.

System Administration
1. Build and install PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to desktop and server infrastructure, in accordance with department standards.
2. Provides advice and guidance to colleagues in IT related issues and requests.
3. Maintain installed Servers, PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with routine maintenance.
4. Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems.
5. Identify potential changes and system improvements to present to senior team leaders for consideration and implementation.
6. Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with department guidelines.
7. Create, maintain, and distribute reports of progress to senior leadership.
8. Travel to other offices when necessary.
9. Ability to work the occasional weekend.

Job Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of extensive experience with Full Circle is a must.
2. At least 5 years if IT infrastructure, servers, and desktop support necessary.
3. Knowledge of Windows XP, Vista, 7, 10, Mac OSX, Windows Server products and/or Apple Operating Systems.
4. Familiarity with VMware and virtual environments.
5. Ability to Work in a Team, Ability to Prioritize Projects.
6. Excellent customer service skills in face-to-face and electronic interactions.
7. Good Language and communication skills.
