Mad Engine is seeking Ecommerce Customer Service Agents to support our Neff and LRG brands!

As a Customer Service Agent you are on the front lines in directly supporting our customers. Ecommerce Customer Service is one of the most important interactions our brands will have with customers, so it’s important for us to find people with positive, personable, and outgoing personalities that are willing to help customers in anyway to have them come away with a good experience with our brands. This role is a temporary position through the Holidays, with a great opportunity to show your skills and work ethic to transition into a full-time position.

Duties:

• Answering emails, chats and phones
• Processing orders, returns and warranties
• Fraud monitoring
• Working with Ecomm team on special projects
