Job Description
Mad Merch manages many Ecommerce business’s for high profile clients and brands. This position will be involved in the daily communication, execution and management of all areas related to their client’s Ecommerce business. They will be the laison between client management teams and internal design and marketing teams. Ultimately driving a high volume online business.

Essential Duties and responsibilities

• Managing day to day creative by communicating new design concepts, revisions, deadlines between client and internal creative team
• Introducing new product ideas that will keep your clients product assortment fresh and relevant
• Executing Sales Orders with client and production team
• Managing sample calendar for approvals, photoshoots and other marketing activations needed for product launches
• Managing inventory levels and reorder opportunities
• Managing Ecommerce site launches are executed on time
• Communicating weekly and monthly sales reports
• Managing Lifestyle Asset creation if and when needed
• Oversee promotional events related to your clients business by managing all aspects of the event to ensure client expectations are being met
• Execution of all promo, marketing strategies requested by client
• Implement discount strategies through contract term based on inventory levels and holiday selling periods
• Strategize with Digital Marketing manager on campaigns
• Report monthly, or when assigned, on analytics and selling data from all campaigns
• Keeping an open line of communication with each client and their teams to ensure the success of their Ecommerce business

Minimum Qualifications

The Client Business Manager is considered highly organized, highly analytical while having a small business mindset.

Qualifications include:
• Bachelors degree in Business Management
• Specialized knowledge in Ecommerce
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in high demand
• Social Media Influencer awareness is needed
• Professional and personable
• Strong understanding of Shopify, Excel and Keynote
