POSITION SUMMARY //
OluKai is looking for a Part-Time Marketing Intern for its Marketing Department located in Irvine, CA. As the Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for providing support to the Marketing Team.
Some of the RESPONSIBILITIES // (include but are not limited to)
• Assist with Consumer Insights Study: work with marketing managers to gather and process data to profile consumer groups.
• Help in the execution of marketing communication projects, includes research, track timelines, expenses and budgets, document results.
• Write and/or edit internal and external communication including presentations, press releases, company newsletter, event announcements, trade show passes, and thank you letters.
• Assist with preparation of photo shoots, including sample organization, assist with building shots lists, documenting/archiving shoot
• Organize and maintain inventory of in-house promo supply
• Image asset and digital file organization adhering to company file management procedures
• Coordinate travel for trade shows, events and other necessary marketing projects
• Conduct external and online market research
• Process PR sample requests, compile and archive PR & advertisements
• Field and process promo & POS orders
• Support retail and events on an as needed basis
• Help keep marketing area organized and clean
• Other related tasks as assigned.
