OluKai is looking for an Administrative Director located in Irvine, CA.

CEO - Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Assist CEO with coordinating the execution of strategic initiatives
-Manage execution of special projects
-Assist with the priorities of all brands as articulated by the CEO
-Proactively identify issues that could impact the successful execution of the CEO’s priorities
-Ensure the CEO is properly prepared and briefed for meetings
-Assess inquiries directed to the CEO, determine the proper course of action

CEO and CFO – additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Manage daily calendar, coordinate all travel arrangements (domestic and international) and all related items
- Ensure that the CEO & CFO are prepared for all meetings with all required materials. Plan, manage and coordinate all meetings, including board of director meetings
- Preparation of presentations, communications, documents
- Manage expense reports, and budget reconciliation
- Ad hoc special projects as necessary and related work
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
-Interact with all Board of Directors on planning meetings etc


Complexity of Work & Independence
• Operates with considerable autonomy and extreme discretion
• Work requires creativity and extreme judgment in every area
• Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
• Proactively gathers information and makes recommendations to address complex business issues without being asked or asking
• Given little to no direction, will explore and determine method for accomplishing objectives
• Strong organizational skills


Job Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years’ of related experience, preferably in high-growth company settings
• Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills
• Highly proficient at Microsoft Office (emphasis on Microsoft Outlook calendar management and Word)
• Strong analytical and excel spreadsheet skills
• Ability to independently research to solve problems
• Very organized
• Fluency in PC and Mac required.
