OluKai is in search of an Accounting Clerk to join the team in Irvine, CA.
POSITION SUMMARY //
We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to perform clerical duties and ensure accuracy of financial records. The candidate will be engaged is assisting the Controller with day to day operations of Olukai and subsidiaries finance department. As an Accounting Clerk you will be responsible for general accounting support.
DUTIES // will include but aren’t limited to:
• Processing employee Concur expense reports and remittance to employees
• Commission calculations and remittance
• Cash postings
• Preparation of bank reconciliations
• Assistance with various month-end reconciliations for monthly close
• Assistance with audit schedules and support
• Various adhoc accounting projects
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related major
• 1-2 years of accounting experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Detail Oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
