Job Description
OluKai is a fast growing footwear brand, building our team to better communicate with and serve our customers in the ever-evolving shopping channels. We’re looking for someone to join our marketing team who has experience in developing great brand experiences that bridge the online and offline worlds. In addition, this role requires someone who is highly organized and used to working on cross-functional teams and in multiple levels of an organization. You must be passionate about media and digital marketing and love finding new and innovative solutions to projects. You must also be passionate about the consumer – making sure they have a fantastic experience with OluKai at every brand owned touchpoint – email, web, packaging, returns, surprise & delights.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Organize and manage requirements, planning, resourcing, assignments and deadlines for direct to consumer (DTC) projects
• Working with marketing to develop/ maintain the go-to-market calendar
• Concepting and writing creative briefs, working with team to review, approve and deploy assets
• Work with our internal and external development resources to plan, program and launch .com assets/ emails
• Bi-Weekly consumer emails and other customer retention management initiatives
• Prepare documents, decks, and agendas for project and campaign planning meetings
• Build projects in Asana and JIRA as required and own platform organization
• Retention building programs
• Consumer experience enhancements – understanding current process/ tools, making recommendations on how to improve and implementing

Job Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
• Strong organization, planning, time management and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels and functions, offering ideas and/or solutions to projects
• Strong skills using Google Apps and Microsoft Office suite
• Passion for new disruptive ideas/ technologies and how they can be applied to ecommerce
• Ability to work independently, highly organized with clear and concise communication skills

Requirements for the position:
• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience working in digital marketing for a brand or agency
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Effective presentation of information and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prefer strong knowledge of lifestyle/ footwear market
