K2 Sports is looking for a full-time administrative assistant. This entry-level position is responsible for typical front desk duties including answering phones, routing and preparing mail, scanning materials for electronic filing, preparing physical files, physical filing, some scheduling, and interfacing with delivery personnel and the public. The position also acts as the assistant to the legal department and provides filing and other support as needed while interacting with all levels of management and employees. At this time, the assistant is also responsible for frequent disinfecting of areas within the office to comply with CDC guidelines related to COVID-19. Physical, on-site, full-time presence is required. Employees are currently working remotely, but the company expects that employees will be able to return to the office mid July.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files in company's document management system.
Conduct general office administrative duties including copying and scanning.
Work with the companys legal department and other stakeholders (including international stakeholders) as an organized team
Perform calendaring and other administrative tasks.
Support trademark renewal and patent annuity process for global team.
Matter management and product liability docketing support
Perform review and intake of outside service provider invoices
Perform other clerical duties as assigned
