Position Purpose
The Distribution Center Coordinator is a full-time position that will involve some clerical duties, computer skills, and receiving and processing incoming shipments. Cross training on other supply chain related jobs will be required and asked to be performed when necessary.
Essential Job Duties
Maintain the accuracy of the perpetual inventory at the DC from the time the product enters the DC (receiving), it is put away, stocked, replenished and ultimately shipped to the store accurately
Perform inventory adjustment research, cycle counts
Ensure policies and procedures are updated by effective record keeping and are maintained to drive effective receipt, handling, storage and distribution of product
Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
2 years of clerical or other warehouse experience
Familiarity with warehouse and safety requirements
Strong math skills and competencies
Proficient Computer Skills
Strong interpersonal, organizational skills, time management, tactical/strategic thinking and effective communication skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications
NetSuite Experience
1 year customer service experience
Self-starter
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Ability to stand/sit for long periods of time
Ability to use computer for extended periods of time
