Position Purpose
Ready for a challenging role at one of the global leaders in winter sports? Elevate Outdoor Collective is looking for an IT Manager – US. We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the team from the Seattle office, you would oversee 3 direct reports. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems within the US including 4 office locations (Seattle, WA, Boulder, CO, Clairemont, NH) and one Distribution Center in Des Moines, WA.
Lead and manage the IT Team in the US to provide exceptional support for internal and external users. This includes IT strategy, US office network infrastructure, employee communication and productivity suites, disaster recovery, data security, employee helpdesk, and IT vendor management.
Essential Job Duties
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department in the US
Monitor performance of IT systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
Manage the US IT budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
Lead the selection, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking alongside Security and Infrastructure Teams
Ability to manage and prioritize support requests and assign to staff.
Responsible for mentoring support staff when needed.
Ability to track and measure support efficiencies, ensure that all corporate policies and procedures are performed.
Work closely with management to assess department needs and determine if overall goal integrates with current applications and systems.
Ensure approved projects, systems, installations, implementations, and changes are completed on time and on budget.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of IT services
Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and developments to ensure the company stays competitive
Design and manage infrastructure governance activities ensuring assurance and compliance with cyber security group and best practices.
Perform and be engaging in continuous improvement and root cause analysis
Deliver a high level of service, support, and ownership across regional aspects of IT.
Procurement of IT Assets, Software, Hardware, and other corporate needs
Other duties may be assigned.
