Job Requirements
• Provide legal guidance to K2 executive team and manage company litigations
• Support the drafting and review of agreements and contracts covering a broad range of business and commercial topics
• Internally manage the trademark portfolio including docketing, managing global watch notices, clearance, prosecution and enforcement
• Support risk management practices for the organization including insurance related matters and company policies and procedures
• Oversee outside counsel assigned to company legal matters
• Manage legal expenses of the organization
• Conduct legal and regulatory research as needed
