Support the innovation efforts of the engineering departments with technical support for prototyping, material preparation, equipment support, and related functions.
Job Requirements
• Support ski and snowboard molding with material preparation, molding, and finishing
• Ski and snowboard mounting, tuning, waxing, data collection, and tracking/organization of outgoing and incoming product
• Support the test lab with test set-up, execution, and data collection
• Prototyping of other product categories as requested
• Supporting Development Center retailer, media, and consumer engagement
• Machine, equipment, and facility maintenance as needed
Desired Skills
• Experience with mounting, tuning, and waxing skis or snowboards
• Experience with hands on prototyping and building
• Experience with Office software
• Composites experience preferred but not necessary
• Experience with CAD/CAM software preferred
• Safety oriented
• Active and creative mindset and a self-starter
• Outdoor enthusiast preferred
• Team Player, flexibility
