Job Description
Are you interested in leveraging your marketing, creative producing, project management, and relationship management skills to help develop and deliver our brand’s digital marketing campaigns? The Digital Marketing Specialist oversees the success of our digital marketing efforts. This role works with marketing to identify key product and content stories, and develops and executes holistic digital campaigns. This position is actively participating in and managing a wide variety of online activities and digital projects throughout the year. This position defines and helps deploy digital content across multiple platforms, with the intent of tracking and refining for campaign-success purposes – including but not limited to our branded websites, social platforms (specifically paid social), email marketing, paid search, website “takeovers” and other marketing outlets. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Work closely with Web Services team and Marketing departments to ensure creative ideas are technically feasible and leverage the latest technologies and best practices • Manage and work with creative teams to create templates for web banners, emails, and social • Collaborate with our Email Marketing Dept. to assist with copy writing and asset creation and/or testing • Oversee and continually improve upon our digital ad buy programs – Google, Bing, affiliates, etc. • Create and manage unique programs that increase traffic on our branded website and through affiliate marketing • Oversee our brand’s social media efforts, including calendar creation • Prominently grow the engagement level on our social platforms (views, likes, comments) • Assist with the distribution digital assets for Sales Reps, Distributors, Dealers and Media • Track and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs REQUIRED SKILLS: • BA/BS degree in Marketing/Business, or other related field • 2+ years creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, working across various platforms • 1+ years experience with online paid advertising • Fundamental understanding of the Google marketing software, including Google Analytics, Google Ads and • Clear ability to work on multiple tasks at once • Excellent organizational skills • Basic understanding of HTML • Knowledge of latest online marketing trends and consumer behavior DESIRED SKILLS: • SEO/SEM Experience • Passion for the outdoor industry and/or Snow-sports industry • Strong digital asset management skills • Basic video and photo editing skills
