Supply Chain Associate Job in Seattle, WA

Position Purpose To assist supply chain team in day to day business requirements including, but not limited to: PO Placement, FOB updates, Shipment Authorizations and Marketing POP. Principal Accountabilities • Input and maintain all Supply Chain information promptly and accurately. • Coordinate with CS-INTL team to ensure on-time placement of Sales Orders into SAP • Review purchase requisitions generated from MRP to determine monthly buy. Coordinate with Demand Planner to ensure monthly allocation requirements are met • Generate POs from approved Purchase Requisitions • Review WIP reports, push vendors, and communicate issues on as needed basis • Current price confirmed for all items as of the placement of the PO • PO prices updated promptly upon notification by Product Manager in IMDB / PIR records • Update PO delivery dates in ERP system promptly upon new factory updates. • Read, understand, communicate, and enforce Vendor Compliance Manual • Confirm FOBs with factories prior to shipping season. • Continue to improve and create new processes to leverage SAP system. • Assist in reconciling discrepancies and end of season balances Minimum Qualifications • 1 year of purchasing and or supply chain experience • Experience in SAP or like MRP system • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • Advanced skills in MS systems, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint. • Strong organizational skills • Strong presentation skills • Demonstrated ability to work independent of close supervision • Import customs compliance familiarity and working knowledge of INCO-terms Desired Qualifications • BA/BS degree in business administration, purchasing or related field • Experience in finished goods manufacturing operations • Knowledge of SAP and MRP systems • Outdoor or Snow sports enthusiast
