Position Summary:

The Product Line Manager researches the market, creates the product line plans, guides product development, and achieves financial targets to ensure the growth and health of our business. This position will manage the Apparel, Pack, Bag, Accessory, and POP product lines for most of our brands.

Essential Job Duties:
⏵ Market research involving global consumers, retailers, and industry data
⏵ Global SWOT development
⏵ Company sales and order analysis
⏵ Competitor analysis
⏵ Customer segmentation and targeting
⏵ Product line and model positioning
⏵ Line plan development and communication
⏵ Product brief development and communication
⏵ Merchandising plan
⏵ Guide global pricing, sales programs, and forecasting
⏵ Financial model and product cost targets
⏵ Product life cycle planning
⏵ Material master information completeness and accuracy
⏵ Drive creation of product communication materials
⏵ Train sales force on product details
⏵ Product development support as needed
⏵ Sourcing and purchasing support as needed

⏵ College degree in marketing, business, or similar
⏵ 1-3 years of experience in the outdoor or action sports industry
⏵ Retail and business experience desired
⏵ Excellent work ethic and enthusiasm
⏵ Great leadership and communication skills
⏵ Ability to organize multiple tasks and manage projects
⏵ Self-directed and motivated
⏵ Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe products
⏵ Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
