About the job
Ship outbound parcel orders with common carriers (Fed, UPS, etc.) and load onto vehicles
Label, wrap and apply PRO Numbers and load LTL shipments onto LTL Carrier trucks
Assist in prioritizing outbound DTC orders to ensure < 24 hour turn time
Assist in prioritizing outbound Retail orders to ensure 48 hour turn time
Assist in scheduling pickup for outbound LTL shipments
Assist in organizing DTC orders into Ques based on D.C. layout for picking efficiencies
Assist in DTC Que assignment to pickers
Maintain a work environment that focuses on safety and 5S practices
Other shipping duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma
Minimum three years of Distribution Center work Experience
Computer and data processing experience or any combination of experience which would provide the desired skills and knowledge to perform the job accurately
Advanced computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to multi task

Ability to work in a dynamic active environment
Ability to adapt to seasonal workflow and volumes
Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as necessary
