The US Sales Manager (Wholesale) for LINE Skis and Full Tilt Boots will manage the US sales force of independent rep agencies to drive sales growth and hit financial targets for both brands. Tradeshows, on-snow demos, and private line showings are all sales functions that the US Sales Manager will be responsible for planning/coordinating and executing. This position will report directly to the Global Brand Director of LINE & FT, and work closely with the Global Marketing Manager to ensure that sales strategy and initiatives align with overarching brand goals and product focus. The US Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining complex forecasting tools, that will be used to drive factory PO placement and inventory delivery to the US marketplace. In addition to active sales engagement with existing and potential retail partners, the US Sales Manager will be responsible for weekly check-ins with the finance team to give updates on the market, provide sales context, and voice operational requests/needs.
Long story short. The purpose of the position is to grow distribution of LINE and FT products in the US marketplace, through building relationships with retail partners and motivating the US rep force. Then ensure sales potential is met through accurate forecasting and communication with supply chain.
