Consumer obsessed, a leader in their field and someone who likes to have fun? We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer who is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of our marketing initiatives across our entire portfolio of 11 leading outdoor brands. Reporting directly and key strategic partner to the CEO, the CMO's primary responsibility is to generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing strategic across the portfolio, using consumer insights, market research, product marketing, storytelling and positioning, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations. Were looking for someone with a strategic longterm view who can execute and build within a growing organization.


 


Responsibilities:


Driving revenue, leading innovation, and providing strategic vision across the entire K2 and MDV group of brands.

Lead all aspects of the companys marketing initiatives across B2B and B2C marketing to hit execution metrics and growth targets by brand, by category, by region.

Establish goals and KPIs for all of marketing based on historical or projected results, and tie back actual performance and pipeline growth.

Leading the Marketing division alongside, collaborate with all functions and help drive the strategic priorities to unlock our full potential

Building a stakeholder-loving, always-learning, envelope-pushing, metrics driven, world-class marketing discipline

Lead the progression of digital, consumer experience and global programming to unlock full potential of the strategic growth driver brands
