Marchon Eyewear is one of the top premium eyewear companies and the largest distributor of eyewear in more than 100 countries. We're looking for a Product Development Manager for our action sports brand line, Dragon, well-known among world-class athletes, ambassadors, and everyday thrill seekers. In this role, you'll oversee the development of new Dragon products aligned with the brand's expert craftsmanship, high-level performance, and innovative design. You'll strongly focus on goggle development and manufacturability while staying grounded in a commitment to deliver to a fierce market on time and in full.
As Product Development Manager, you'll also:
• Oversee the technical development of new models, including engineering, material selection, manufacturability, technical drawings, and PLM
• Coordinate multiple projects, schedules, and tracking within a fast-paced product development environment
• Participate in or lead a cross-functional team through the new product introduction process from sketch to mass production
• Communicate project status to department manager and applicable departments
• Provide innovative solutions to overall industry challenges
