Dragon Alliance is in search of a GOGGLE GRAPHIC DESIGNER/ DEVELOPER to join the team at HQ in San Clemente, CA.

Distributed in over 50 countries, Dragon's offerings include a wide selection of visually distinct sunglasses, snow goggles, motorsport goggles and soft goods.
POSITION SUMMARY //
Dragon is looking for a mid-level Graphic Designer to join the design team at our by the beach active lifestyle office in San Clemente. We thrive on creating fresh graphic stories and clean, modern designs that will be applied to moto goggles, snow goggles in the product department. We are looking for someone who has a proven eye for great design, self-motivated, who wants to be a strong addition to the creative team and make a big impact on the look of our brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES //
• Strong eye for unique creative, trend relevant design with high production value. Portfolio that reflects concept to completion on strong visual design solutions for impactful graphics stories to be placed and printed on products.
• Work with the creative team to develop the seasonal graphic design driven creative rollouts on the Dragon snow goggle, moto goggle and apparel lines from initial mood boards to presentation at retail.
• Ability to help with design and production of new product packaging, labels, solutions for additional hard good / soft good related avenues.
• Knowledge of the action sports category, and design trends that exist within surf / snow / moto subcultures.
• Great attitude, forward thinking, good communication skills and attention to detail on all levels; from design work, product sampling, production process and catalog preparation.
• Extremely detail oriented on production avenues such as tech packs, supervising product sampling, communicating with vendors and knowledge of basic materials.
• A self-starter who is constantly looking to brainstorm better processes, design strategy, product production, and overall seasonal design workflow. Being able to give and receive feedback is a must.
• The perfect candidate will have a natural hand for illustration, lettering, line work, and hand done artwork to be used as an asset in product designs.
• Assist with developing tradeshow presence involving concept creation for booth environment, multiple design assets and product presentation.
• Staying current with design trends, materials, technologies and processes that promote competitive, innovation design environment—and share this information on a regular basis with internal teams.
• Light travel domestically and Internationally for inspiration and product sampling
