Dragon is in search of a Sales Support Specialist – International Sales team, to join the team in San Clemente, CA.

Ideal candidates will be:
• Responsible for customer order processing, customer problem resolution and database management. This position will ensure the timely and accurate updates to all customer systematic records.
• One to two years of experience as a Customer Service Representative experience
• Knowledge of retail account order process and procedures and EDI processes
• Prior experience with SAP preferred (Sales and Distribution)
• Solid working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel. Photoshop , InDesign preferred
• Photoshop and Strong analytical skills required
