About The Job:
The Videographer will be responsible for producing high-quality video content for all marketing needs at Tactics. This role has experience in creating video content to drive brand awareness, community engagement and brand affinity to increase exposure and consideration for Tactics and key products. This position will lead execution of all video content campaigns.

About You:
You live and breathe skate and/or snowboarding. The idea of merging the product, people and culture of the skate/snow space into meaningful video content that motivates people to act gets your blood pumping. You’re a self-starter who’s comfortable leading yourself and others, while providing strategic input to the Brand team. You have a keen understanding of lighting and sound best practices both in studio and in adverse-weather outdoor settings. You may not be an expert, but you understand the importance of SEO and are familiar with YouTube analytics. Most of all, you’re not afraid to challenge yourself.
Job Requirements
Videography:
• Deliver high-quality video that is informational and entertaining to meet consumer needs.
• Collaborate with Brand team and Category Managers to plan annual video content.
• Manage execution and production of all video projects.
• Must have video editing, producing and photography experience, (i.e. Adobe Premiere and After Effects.)
• Video editing, color-correction, and simple motion graphic treatments.
• Professional experience with digital video camera equipment and functions.
• Studio & on-location product videography experience.
• Effectively communicate story boards and overall vision of projects.
• Collaborate with team members as well as work independently and be a self-starter.

Other Job Duties :
• Research and identify Skate/Snow topics for content ideation to promote the Brand and key inventory.
• Manage all aspects of the Youtube platform and daily operations.
• Analyze YouTube analytics to identify and drive more engaging and higher performing content.
• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization best practices and keyword research.
• Knowledge of video types and best practices for Social Media, ie Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Proven track record of audience growth and engagement on video channels.
