HEX is in search of a Sales Assistant to join the team at headquarters in Camarillo, CA.

HEX is a premium bag and tech accessory brand with wide demographics. We make highly styled bags with hyper-functionality, tailored to many markets. The goal is pure: for every design to be both beautiful and functional, with aesthetics and performance harmoniously balanced.

The Sales Assistant will work directly with HEX sales team (corporate/independent/distributors) to support sales processes and initiatives. This position includes taking an active role in account relations and improve efficiency to meet and exceed sales goals. The Sales Assistant will play an integral role in the overall success of the sales department and will be responsible for account and sales support duties, administrative, and clerical functions.

- Support sales managers and sales reps in all facets of accounts - from order file management/maintenance, to retailer support
- Coordinate samples and supplies for meetings/tradeshows
- Coordinate collateral for sales managers
- Send out samples as needed
- Account meeting preparation
- Create and update presentations
- Product development/SMU tracking
- Internal and external meeting coordination and support
- Prospect new accounts/target accounts
- Onboarding new customers and tracking set up progress
- Follow up with RAs and provide customers with updates
- Follow up on orders, selling and reorders.
- Provide customers with progress updates on their orders
- Day to day communication with customers regarding business needs

Job Requirements
• 1 year previous experience in admin, sales or product position
• Strong organizational, prioritization and time-management skills
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality, works well with many different types of people
• Previous experience within actions sports industry or accessories production huge PLUS
• Knowledge of Microsoft office/ Outllook software
