Active Ride Shop is in search of an Inventory & Sales Control Manager to join the team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
POSITION SUMMARY //
Works under the direction of the IT Director to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory information and audits. Performs various physical inventory and cycle count analyses. Helps manage and monitor all inventory transaction and movement. Ensures accounting practices and procedures comply with corporate and regulatory requirements. Inventory Control experience preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES //
• Monitor stores and warehouse inventories and cycle counts.
• Review and communicate results of stores and warehouse physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Assist in reviewing reconciliation of the general ledger and the Company’s inventory sub-systems monthly.
• Perform daily audit on sales transactions at Retail locations and Ecommerce.
• Assist in reviewing reconciliation of daily, weekly, and monthly sales and purchases.
• Assist in overseeing and reconciling all inventory movement (purchase orders, transfers) throughout the company.
• Assist all locations with any inventory movement issues, errors and needs.
• Assist in overseeing all UPS shipments and claims.
• Assist in running weekly inventory reporting.
• Conduct or supervise audits of facility inventory on a scheduled basis
• Maintain Loss prevention policies and ensure Retail/Warehouse is adhering by the guidelines.
• Perform tasks in FBA Sales Management (Fill By Amazon)
• Oversee Ecommerce WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• Participate in training and instruction as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.
• Abide by and enforce the content of the employee handbook.
